Property Review
We start by reviewing the property, available space, setbacks, access, utilities, and other site conditions that may affect the project.

Home Size & Floor Plan
Once we understand the property, we can determine what size home will work and begin looking at floor plans. You can choose from available factory floor plans or work with us to modify or create a custom layout.

Plans & Permitting
Once the home and floor plan are selected, we coordinate the site plan, engineering, permitting, and other plans required by the local jurisdiction.

Site Preparation
Every property is different. Depending on the site, preparation can include grading, foundation work, utility connections, sewer or septic, and other work that needs to be completed before the home arrives.
Delivery & Installation
Once the home and property are ready, the sections are delivered and set on the foundation. The home is then connected and completed on site along with utility connections, required finish work, and inspections.
Factory Construction
The home is built off site at the factory in sections. While the home is being built, we coordinate the site work and other parts of the project so the property is ready for delivery.

Manufactured Homes for Private Property
A manufactured home can be used as a primary residence on private property. We work with each client individually because the property, home, site work, and local requirements can be different from one project to another.

Factory Construction
