ADU Process

Property Review
We start by reviewing the property, available space, setbacks, access, utilities, and other site conditions that may affect the project.

ADU Size & Floor Plan
Once we understand the available space, we can help determine the home dimensions and floor plan that work for the property. Choose from available factory floor plans or work with us on a custom layout.

Plans & Permitting
Once the home and layout are selected, we coordinate the required plans, engineering, and permitting for the project.

Site Preparation
Site preparation can include grading, utility work, foundation preparation, and other work required to get the property ready for the home.

Factory Construction
While the site work and permitting are being coordinated, the home is built off site at the factory in sections.

Delivery & Installation
Once the property is ready, the home is delivered to the site and installed. Depending on access and site conditions, the sections can be delivered normally or placed by crane. Utility connections and required inspections are completed as part of the final stages of the project.
ADU Finishes & Customization
Choose from available factory finishes or complete additional custom finishes on site depending on the project and the look you are trying to achieve.
