How do I know what size home will fit on my space?

We review the measurements of your space, park setbacks, parking requirements, and other restrictions to determine what size home will fit. From there, we can work on a floor plan that fits your space and what you want in your new home.

How long does a park replacement usually take?

We try to keep the time you are out of your existing home as short as possible. Removal of the existing home, site preparation, delivery, installation, utility connections, and inspections typically take about one to two months.

Can I customize my new home?

Yes. You can start with a factory floor plan and make changes, or we can work together on a custom layout. You can choose from many interior and exterior finish options from the factory, and we can also complete additional custom finishes on site.

Your new home will be delivered in sections depending on the size of the home you order. The sections are placed on the space, joined together, and the home is set and secured.

Final Work & Inspection

Utility connections, skirting, steps, and other required work are completed. The home then goes through final inspection and is ready for move in.

Once the home and property are ready, the sections are delivered and set on the foundation. The home is then connected and completed on site along with utility connections, required finish work, inspections, and anything else that needs to be completed, including items like decks, steps, and garages.
